As we reach lunch on day 3 of India vs Afghanistan one-off test match, Manav Suthar takes over the headlines by taking six crucial wickets in his debut match for India. In the morning session, the young man who had already taken 3 wickets the previous day, shone once more by finishing for 6-33 in 22 overs.
The bowlers did an amazing and managed to get Afghanistan all out on 152 within the first session, leaving them with a mammoth total of 412 to still chase. Apart from Suthar, Prasidh Krishna took three wickets in the second innings and Washington Sundar took one.
The skipper of the Indian team, Shubman Gill, made the opposition follow-on and lunch began with Afghanistan at 18/0.
